Bach International Education Program (BIEP)

In the 1920s and 30s the noted homeopath and bacteriologist Dr. Edward Bach discovered a complete system of 38 flower remedies. The Bach International Education Program (BIEP) will help you deeply learn about the remedies and the healing system of Dr. Bach.

This three-tiered training program ranges from introductory level to practitioner training. Some students take classes for self-education while others attain full Bach Foundation Registered Practitioner or Animal Practitioner status.

The BIEP is the only training approved by the Bach Centre, UK. Programs are offered in 22 countries worldwide. These are the only courses authorized in North America, where the program is organized by Bach Flower Education ( and sponsored by Nelsons (, the authorized maker of Bach® Original Flower Remedies products.

As a Bach Foundation Registered Practitioner you will join a worldwide team committed to helping people help themselves using Dr. Bach's wonderful remedies. Successful completion of Level 3 and its homestudy allows students to apply to the Bach Foundation International Registry to become a Bach Foundation Registered Practitioner, use the letters BFRP or BFRAP after their name, and access practitioner logos, artwork, support, newsletters, resources and our community of practitioners.

All practitioners registered with the Bach Centre promise to work under a Code of Practice. This includes talking about and using the remedies in a simple, straightforward way. All promises reflect Dr. Bach's ideals of self-help and simplicity. You can read the entire Code on this page of the Bach Centre website.
