NEW! Bach® Emotional Eating Support Kit
A helping hand for diet and healthy living
NEW Bach Emotional Eating Support Kit contains three carefully selected flower remedies from the full system of 38 to give a helping hand with diet and healthy living.
These three remedies were specifically chosen to help deal with the most common triggers for compulsive over-eating. The growing number of those overweight in the US is 70 percent for men and 62 percent for women. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the number of adults who are overweight or obese has continued to increase.
What is Emotional Eating?
'Emotional Eating' is when a person turns to food as a way to help with feelings. These feelings can be anxiety, boredom, jealousy, joy or any other feeling. Emotional eating can involve obsession with food, weight and dieting. During dieting, the emotions become more apparent and old habits resurface.
You may recognize a few of these statements:
“When I feel nervous, I eat too much”
“When I’ve done something difficult, I feel like I deserve a reward and so I eat”
“When I feel sad or lonely, I comfort myself with food”
“When I feel tense for an unknown reason, I have a strong urge to eat”
"Taking care of our bodies, minds, spirits and emotions are all crucial to feeling balanced, healthy and joyful and to stopping overeating," say Dr. Denise Lamothe. "I am particularly excited to include the use of the new Bach Emotional Eating Support Kit in my practice." Dr. Lamothe is a clinical psychologist, doctor of holistic health, and an emotional overeating expert with over 20 years in a professional practice, and also is a published author.

How to use the Bach Emotional Eating Kit
Two drops of each chosen remedy may be taken directly from the bottle, or added to any beverage. Take drops a minimum of 4 times a day. You can also simply add two drops of each remedy to a bottle of water and take it with you as you go along with your day. Sip from it as often as you want, but at least four times a day for longer-term issues.
The Bach Emotional Eating Support Kit includes three 10ml flower remedies:
Chestnut Bud (Aesculus hippocastanum) – helps you observe your mistakes objectively so you can learn from them and move on. When you find yourself repeating the same dieting mistakes, Chestnut Bud helps you gain knowledge from your experience.
Crab Apple (Malus pumila) – helps you accept your physical imperfections and feel better about the way you are. When you dislike something about yourself, Crab Apple helps you accept yourself and your imperfections.
Cherry Plum (Prunus cerasifera) – helps you act rationally and think clearly with a calm & balanced mind when you fear losing control. When you fear you might lose control of your diet, Cherry Plum can help you to think more about your choices.
