Jet lag

Cause of jet lag

Jet lag is the temporary disruption of the body clock that occurs when you travel across different time zones. It happens because your body becomes out of sync and experiences daylight and darkness at different times than it is used to, upsetting the body’s natural rhythm.


Tips for avoiding jet lag
