Terms and Conditions:
1. This offer is open to all UK and Ireland residents, excluding the employees, and their immediate families, of A Nelson & Co Limited (the "Promoter"), its affiliated companies, their agents or other persons professionally connected with the offer. Residents must have a postcode located within the UK/Ireland and must be aged 18 years or over.
2. All complete entries must be received by noon (12pm) on Sunday 1st April 2012.
3. 1 winner and 50 runners up will be selected from all complete entries by Friday 6th April 2012
4. Entry to the offer is made by visiting our competition entry page and providing your name, address and e-mail address.
5. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse incomplete entries. No responsibility will be accepted for incomplete or delayed entries.
6. The winning prize consists of a lunch cruise in Paris for two. The winner can choose to return on Eurostar either the same evening or the following day but overnight accommodation is not included and will need to be arranged separately by the winner. The winner must give six weeks booking notice with Red Letter Days.com. Please note that bookings can only be taken up to three months in advance every Mon-Sat, excluding special public holidays, Christmas and New Years Day. The winner must make the booking by 10th January 2013.
7. The 50 chosen runners up will receive a Nelsons® Arnicare® Bath and Massage Balm,.
8. The prizes are non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash.
9. The Promoter reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
10. Winners may be required to take part in related publicity.
11. The opening date for receipt of applications is 15th January 2012 and the closing date for receipt of applications is noon (12pm) on Sunday 1st April 2012.
12. All competition entrants will be subscribed to the Nelsons ® Arnicare® e-newsletter. Entrants can unsubscribe at any time.
13. Contact details submitted in relation to this promotion will not be passed on to 3rd parties.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend this offer at any time and without notice.
15. The Promoter shall not be liable to any entrant for any financial loss arising out of the refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of this offer.
16. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
