NEW Bach™ Original Flower Remedies online course reveals the nation’s top pressure responses
From research by Bach Original Flower Remedies, the most common reactions to the pressures of everyday life have been identified. The results of the online poll[1] showed that one in three people respond by worrying and becoming anxious. It also revealed that a quarter of people polled eat and drink the wrong things when under pressure, 19% become snappy or angry and 8% either overstretch themselves or become withdrawn.
The poll was conducted to mark the launch of the NEW online Bach flower remedies introduction course to give those interested in natural healthcare an understanding of the Bach system including the famous RESCUE® Remedy. The FREE course focuses on responses to pressure and offers an easy to navigate format, which can be completed at the user’s own pace. The course can be accessed at www.bachintro.com.
Here are some Bach Original Flower Remedies which could help with common reactions to pressure:
Worrying and being anxious (37%): If you are worrying about a specific situation, such as a job interview, Mimulus can help you to face your fears. Larch can help you regain your confidence if you are worrying you will fall at the first hurdle and Heather can help if your response to pressure causes you to become over talkative and self absorbed.
Eating and drinking the wrong things (25%): If you find yourself making the same food and drink mistakes again and again when under pressure, Chestnut Bud can help you to break the repetitive cycle. If your comfort eating makes you feel unhappy with yourself, Crab Apple can help to boost your body image.
Becoming snappy or angry (19%): If you find yourself snapping at those around you, Impatiens can help calm your frustration and if you have a tendency to fly off the handle, Cherry Plum can help you to keep control of your emotions.
Becoming withdrawn (8%): If you spend a lot of time feeling nostalgic for the past, Honeysuckle can help you to move on with your life. Daydreamers can try Clematis which helps brings you back to reality allowing you to fully focus on the task at hand.
Overstretching yourself (8%): If you get so worked up and passionate about your endeavours that you have no time to relax, Vervain can help you readdress the balance. Centaury can help if you find it hard to say ‘no’ and stand up for yourself and if it all gets too much and you feel completely overwhelmed, Elm can help you put things into perspective.
