Rescue® survey discovers that 37% of people find Christmas to be the most stressful celebration

A poll conducted by Rescue Remedy® has discovered that 37% of people found Christmas to be the most demanding celebrations with weddings just pipping it to first place with 38%. Significant birthdays are in third place (10%) and New Year’s Eve in fourth (6%)[1].
Of course we all want to enjoy happy occasions, but the build up, organisation, cost, politics and the anti-climax can be stressful and so, can detract from what you are trying to celebrate.
