Bach™ Original Flower Remedies releases the results of their UK emotions’ audit
Helping to control unwanted, repetitive thoughts is the top condition that Brits use flower remedies for, according to an emotions audit of Bach Original Flower Remedies sales data*. White Chestnut proved the most popular remedy across the whole UK and can help combat the two hours and fifteen minutes each daythe average person wastes worrying about their problems**.
The audit found that the top five Bach Original Flower Remedies sold in the UK are;
- White Chestnut – to help with repetitive, worrying thoughts
- Mimulus – to help control known fears such as job loss
- Larch – to help restore self confidence
- Olive – to help with mental or physical tiredness
- Aspen– to help overcome general worries which have no known origin
The other remedies in the UK’s top five reflect the emotional challenges we are all facing with the current financial struggles including remedies for lost confidence, fear and mental exhaustion.
When compared regionally, Northern Ireland, Wales and the West Midlands proved to be the most fearful regions with three remedies for fear in their top five. South East England was the only region that included Crab Apple, the remedy to help encourage a positive body image in their top five and the Northern English regions favoured the remedy Larch to help boost their self confidence. Scotland’s top five included the remedy Star of Bethlehem to help with shock or grief.
