Q: Can I use the products to take off eye make-up?
A: As with most facial skin care products, it is always better to take off eye make up with products which have been specifically formulated for use on the delicate eye area.

Q: Have the products been skin tested?
A: Yes, the entire range has been dermatologically tested.

Q: Has the range been tested on animals?
A: Absolutely not. None of the Nelsons Pure & Clear products have been tested on animals.  We also ensure that we do not use any endangered plant species within the ingredients.

Q: What is the shelf life of the products?
A: Most natural products do have a shorter shelf life due to the fact they are not packed full of chemical preservatives.  However, the Nelsons Pure & Clear range has been developed to provide a 2 year shelf life, with a 6 month period-after-opening usage recommendation.

Q: Why don't you have a moisturiser in the range?
A: A moisturiser is very important to Pure & Clear, so don't panic- its coming!  You will be delighted to hear that phase 2 of the range should be launching Jan 2010, so until then, carry on using your normal moisturiser, just watch this space!
