Introductory Taster Sessions

 

These introductory level courses provide a fascinating insight into the ways that Bach Original Flower Remedies can support you, your friends or family in times of change, trouble or emotional tension. Scheduled to last two hours, each course offers plenty of opportunities to explore the relevant flower remedies discuss your experiences and hear from the tutor just how helpful the Bach Original Flower Remedies are in practice. You will also be able to take away a blend of remedies appropriate for you, or a loved one, at this time.

 

Bach for Mothers and Babies[1]

All aspects of the emotional journey to motherhood are explored. Issues covered include coping with morning sickness, exhaustion, hospital appointments, the pending labour and the fears involved in the real and imagined changes about to occur, right through the delivery experience and the changes to your body and lifestyle.

Bach for Women’s Health: PMT & Menopause

This course highlights the remedies most appropriate for dealing with the uncomfortable emotional and sometimes physical symptoms associated with imbalances in the reproductive system; no matter what stage of life you are at.

Bach for Teenagers

Designed to support teenagers and those who live or work with them, this course gives you solid advice on how to cope quickly and easily with sudden mood swings, passivity, lethargy, aggressive behaviours, problems making decisions, excessive worrying, exam stress and coping with troubled skin.

Bach for Carers

Primarily aimed at those caring for the elderly or inform, this course addresses the emotional needs of those supporting the frail or vulnerable. Key topics include dealing with mental and physical exhaustion, the dilemmas involved in maintaining emotional boundaries, as well as dealing with guilt, bitterness, resentfulness and fear on all levels.

Bach for everyday stress in the workplace

This course gives you an insight into how the remedies can provide practical support for those lacking confidence, feeling overwhelmed, mentally exhausted, experiencing boredom or at risk of burnout.

Bach for coping with life changes

This course emphasises the practical applications of the remedies in times of shock, nervousness, fear or where important decisions are being made surrounding key life events such as divorce, marriage, bereavement, new jobs, new babies and much more.

Bach for pets

Pets respond well to Bach Original Flower Remedies too! This course gives you an insight into how you can use the remedies to cope with moving house, the new arrival of another pet or baby, visits to the vet and more long term aggressive or nervous behaviours.

Identifying your remedy type

Thiscourse is designed to enable course attendees on how they can identify their own remedy type. Often it’spossible to identify one type remedy, but for some it couldbea mixofremedies.

Bach for emotions relating to fertility concerns

This course does notdeal with the physical aspects of fertility but is designed to help course attendees identify remedies that can help with emotions arising due to fertility concerns.

Schools Out

This course is aimed at parents who experience an emotional roller coaster when their children are on school holidays. It helps identify the most common emotions and suggests remedies that can help.

Our eagerly anticipated short courses cover a variety of subjects, from Bach for pets to Coping with life changes. The courses are a brilliant introduction to the remedies and as all our courses are taught by a qualified Bach Foundation Registered Practitioner. For the duration of the 2 hours, you will learn about your chosen subject in more detail with examples of remedy behaviour and the chance to share your experiences with the group.
