How to find out more about the Bach flower remedies

So, you've completed this course and you'd like to know more about the Bach flower remedies - great! There are a number of options available to you. Click on the links below for details of each option:

  • Visit the Bach International Education Programme (BIEP) website - the BIEP is a comprehensive programme of learning about the remedies that has 3 levels. It is run by Nelsons, the UK's largest manufacturer of natural healthcare products (including the Bach Original Flower Remedies) and is formally approved by the Bach Centre.

  • Visit the Bach Original Flower Remedies website - the Bach Original Flower Remedies are the only Bach flower remedies made with tinctures from the Bach Centre itself and are produced by the original methods laid down by Dr Bach. This website contains more information about the remedies.

  • Visit the Bach Centre website - the Bach Centre at Mount Vernon, Oxforshire was Dr Bach's home up until his death and the place where he developed many of the remedies. You may like to visit the Bach Centre for yourself. As well as approving the BIEP courses, the Bach Centre runs its own courses. 

  • Buy some Bach Original Flower Remedies online - on the Nelsons Homeopathic Pharmacy website.

  • Contact Nelsons' Education team - the team are here to answer any queries you may have about training in the Bach flower remedies.

Optional exercise - enjoy a walk in nature

Dr Bach loved the countryside – spending much time tramping through fields, marshes and woods, down lanes and hedgerows and along river banks looking for the plants he needed to make the remedies and learning all he could of the habits and characteristics of each plant.  

The 'Enjoy a walk in nature' exercise sheet contains photographs and descriptions of some of the plants used in Dr Bach's system of remedies to help you identify them and gain a deeper understanding of the remedies.
