Becoming snappy or angry

Becoming snappy or angry

The following case study is intended to give you an imaginary scenario where some of Dr Bach's remedies might be useful.

After the case study, there is a list of a few remedies that could be applicable in this case. Learn about these remedies by clicking on the links to the remedy profiles and then see if you can answer the questions below them to test your knowledge of the remedies.

Case study

Sarah’s a busy mum with three children, Kerry aged six, Tom who’ll be three in a couple of months and Katie her four month old baby.  The mornings are always chaos, Kerry taking ages to get dressed, Tom playing with his breakfast and the baby is usually howling.   Sarah is always rushed, snapping at everyone and telling them to hurry up.  Just lately when Tom can’t have his own way, he flies into an uncontrollable temper throwing himself on the floor, lies there screaming.

The baby still wakes up for a 2am feed, then Sarah is up again at six and on the go for the rest of the day.  She feels exhausted, it seems a life time ago she had a decent night’s sleep. Her husband Steve is a builder and leaves home at the crack of dawn for work and feels too worn out to be of much help.

The complete system of 38 remedies

Crystals

This course is designed to give only a brief introduction to a limited number of Dr Bach’s remedies. Therefore, it does not cover the whole system of 38 Bach flower remedies.  We would always recommend looking to the complete system to find out which remedy is best for you. More information on Dr Bach’s 38 flower remedies can be found on the Bach™ Original Flower Remedies website by attending the BIEP courses or on the Bach Centre website.
