Natural healthcare manufacturer, Nelsons, gets VIP visit

Nelsons’ recent Open Day was a regal affair, as His Royal Highness The Prince of Wales received a grand tour of the manufacturing facilities in Wimbledon, South-West London on Tuesday 16th December.
Nelsons is the UK’s largest manufacturer of natural healthcare products and is a company that strongly believes in an integrated health approach, with complementary and conventional medicine working alongside each other to provide the best solution for patients.
His Royal Highness toured the manufacturing plant and laboratories and met with staff who make the products. All staff were very pleased about the Royal visit, which was followed by an Open Day.
His Royal Highness The Prince of Wales made a heartfelt speech after the tour “My sympathies are with The Duchess as she is not feeling well today, she obviously has not taken enough Nelsons products! I’ve grown up with complementary medicine so it is a pleasure to visit their manufacturing facility to see how they are leading the way to integrate natural and conventional healthcare.”
Chairman, Robert Wilson, said: “We are greatly honoured that His Royal Highness has expressed an interest in visiting our manufacturing facility and to make time in His busy schedule in the run up to Christmas to do this. This is a family-owned company and everyone works so hard to create products that we are proud of”.
