Fear of flying

 

A fear of flying is a common fear that can come about due to a bad in-flight experience, a period of anxiety exacerbated by travelling on a plane or through media coverage of air disasters. However, there are a number of natural ways to help.


Natural remedies for fear of flying

  • Aromatherapy oils such as Lavender, Clary Sage and Valerian can help you relax before and during travelling. Just put a few drops of any of these of a tissue and inhale when you feel you need extra calm. (Always read the label.)
